A round of snow Friday will create problems, then the wind that follows on Saturday will as well. Amounts aren't anything too staggering, less than 2". That falls on Friday morning into early afternoon, creating some snow covered roads with slippery spots.
The wind adds a whole different element with blowing/drifting snow returning. This will further the poor road conditions on Saturday as gusts approach 25 mph. That northwest wind will furthermore drive down temperatures. They'll fall all day ending sub-zero on late Saturday evening and bitter wind chills once again approaching -20°.
