(ABC 6 News) -- A Rochester man wanted on a felony warrant and for fleeing police, last month was arrested Tuesday.

On Monday, March 19, an investigator with Rochester's Criminal Interdiction Unit saw 31-year-old Mark Harman driving in the area of 7th St. and N. Broadway. According to Rochester Police Captain John Sherwin, Harman had a felony warrant for controlled substance crimes.

The investigator notified officers who began to follow Harman. Captain Sherwin said Harman took off at a high rate of speed and almost hit a school bus. He was arrested and taken into custody at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center. Harman faces a number of charges; including fifth-degree controlled substance possession, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.
