According to Olmsted County Sheriff Captain Scott Behrns, when the woman got to the x-ray machine and metal detector, she told the sergeant working security that she "spilled some makeup" and wanted to throw it away before walking through.

Capt. Behrns said the woman pulled a smaller makeup bag out of her larger purse and threw the entire makeup bag away. She went through security and went to her hearing. The sergeant thought it was suspicious that she would throw away an entire makeup bag, so he pulled it out of the trash. Inside, Capt. Behrns said the sergeant found a syringe and needle as well as two small bags of heroin. In total, Capt. Behrns said there was less than two grams of heroin.

After her hearing, the woman was arrested and brought down to the jail. Capt. Behrns identified her as 25-year-old Chloe Billings. Billings is facing a 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance charge which is a felony.
