Woman Arrested for Allegedly Violating Court Protection Order

(ABC 6 News) -- Authorities said a 27-year-old woman crawled through a window in a home, moved a refrigerator and was found in a bedroom in a rural Rochester home. 

The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office was called to a home on the 300 block of 55 St. NE around 6:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 18. The 62-year-old man who lives there said he woke up to find a woman in his house. The knows knows the woman and has a court order for protection against her.

Captain Scott Behrns said the woman crawled through a window between the porch and home and moved a refrigerator out of the way to get inside. She allegedly went into a bedroom and the man heard her and woke up. 

The man told her she had "five minutes to leave". Capt. Behrns said when the woman didn't leave, the man called authorities. 

Capt. Behrns identified the woman as 27-year-old Alysha Mohs. She is facing charges of 1st-degree burglary and an order-for-protection violation.
