Two Arrested During Rochester Meth Bust

(ABC 6 News) -- The Rochester Police Department carried out a search warrant at 2315 Park Ln SE around 9 a.m. Thursday, November 8. 

According to Rochester Police Captain Casey Moilanen, officers found 85 grams of methamphetamine as well as baggies and a digital scale inside the home. Capt. Moilanen said 20-year-old James Johnson lives at the home and was arrested on 1st-degree charges of possession and sales of a controlled substance.

Another man, 20-year-old Jesse Anderson-Spears of St. Paul, was also arrested after Capt. Moilanen said officers found 1.73 grams of meth on Anderson-Spears. He's facing a 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance charge. He also had warrants out for his arrest from the twin cities area.
