UPDATE: Alleged gunman arrested in Rochester KFC shooting

(ABC 6 News) -- A 20-year-old Rochester man is behind bars for his alleged role in a shooting at a Rochester KFC in October that left two 16-year-old boys injured. 

Around 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, Rochester police arrested Luke Giwa at his home on the 1800 block of South Village Dr SE. 

Rochester police captain Casey Moilanen said Giwa is the one who pulled the trigger in the shooting on October 23. 

As we reported, police arrested 29-year-old George Oliver at his job on south Broadway on Tuesday, November 5. Oliver allegedly drove the getaway car in the shooting. 

The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23 outside Kentucky Fried Chicken on 12th St. SE in Rochester. The victims were in their car getting food when a shooter approached them outside their window and fired at least three shots. 

One victim was shot in the leg and went to the hospital, and the other was grazed by a bullet. Both injuries were non life-threatening.
