According to Rochester Police Captain John Sherwin, 31-year-old Arek Chuor had been driving intoxicated when she was involved in the crash. She allegedly refused field sobriety tests, but did do a breathalyzer test once she got to jail. Capt. Sherwin said she blew a .32, which is four times the legal limit to drive in Minnesota.

Chuor was brought to detox before going to jail. She is facing a 2nd-degree DWI charge, as well as charges for driving without a license, no insurance, and failure to drive with due care.

Capt. Sherwin said Chuor had two empty bottles of Fireball in her purse, as well as beer cans in her backyard.
