UPDATE: (ABC 6 News) -- According to Rochester Police, the 25-year-old Rochester man arrested for allegedly shooting two men is expected to be charged today.

Rochester Police Leuitenant Mike Sadauskis said Iman Iman could face a possible charge of second-degree assault and could also face attempted second-degree murder. Iman is expected to be charged today.

Police believe the shooting is related to an incident that happened at a Kwik Trip earlier this month.

Sadauskis said a witness told police there has been a "long-standing dipute between these two groups."

Sadauskis also said officers have located the vehicle they believe was used in the drive-by Wednesday night.

Sadauskis said a Rochester woman who owns the black Cadillac was driving it when officers pulled her over around 5:40 a.m. Friday, along Assissi Heights Drive. Police do not believe the woman was directly involved in Wednesday's drive-by.

The Cadallac is in Rochester Police custody, and officers are applying for a search warrant.

PREVIOUS STORY:

Several shots were fired Wednesday night in a northwest Rochester neighborhood once thought to be fairly safe.

"We believe there were about three or four people outside at the time, when a vehicle drove up and the shooting took place," said Rochestr Police Chief Jim Franklin.

Several residents in the area say they heard what they thought was one initial shot sometime after 9 p.m.; approximately six more shots about a half hour later.

Two victims were taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys Campus with non-life threatening injuries to the lower leg. Authorities described them as a 22-year-old man and an 18-year-old man.

A neighbor said this isn't the first time an incident like this has happened, involving the same home that was targeted.

Still, Franklin says there is no public safety risk.

Brothers Iman Iman, 25, and Ayub Iman, 22, were arrested early Thursday morning at a home in the 400 block of Waterview Lane. They are in custody for their alleged involvement in an incident earlier this month; they have not been charged in the shooting.

We're told the family of the Iman brothers are shocked, and don't believe the men were involved.

Though the attack is believed to have been targeted, a motive hasn't been revealed. The investigation continues.
