(ABC 6 News) -- The oldest of two brothers arrested after a drive-by shooting late Wednesday was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, one for each victim.

Iman Iman, 25, known as "Mozzie," also faces felony counts of drive-by shooting, second-degree assault and possession of a firearm.

He made his first appearance today in Olmsted County District Court, where unconditional bail was set at $500,000.

Court documents reveal that Iman is the one who fired eight shots at the victims, chasing them as they attempted to run inside a home. At least three of the shots were fired into the house.

Surveillance video from the residence shows Iman getting out of the front passenger seat of a vehicle in front of the house, reportedly holding a handgun in both hands.

Authorities believe the shooting was a continuation of a fight April 11, when Iman and his 22-year-old brother Ayub confronted a man at a restaurant, calling him a "snitch."

Other men with the brothers had knives; all four of them told the victim, "You're next." The victim told police he believed it was a threat related to the March murder of Garad Roble.

The Imans were charged Friday with third-degree riot for the April 11 incident.

Iman is due back in court on the murder charge on May 8.
