(ABC 6 News) -- A Rochester daycare provider's license has been temporarily suspended by the Minnesota Department of Human Services after authorities say an infant was found unresponsive while in her care.
According to DHS documents, upon the recommendation of Olmsted County Community Services and law enforcement, the license of Nusreta and Asim Mustafovic was immediately suspended this week.
Officials say an infant was found unresponsive and required emergency medical care on July 17.
The document goes on to say that three caregivers in the home were interviewed by law enforcement, and each gave a different account of what happened while the infant was in their care.
The daycare provider declined an interview when we contacted her on Friday. She has five days to appeal this suspension.
We don't know the condition of the child; the case remains under investigation.
