(ABC 6 News) A North Dakota man wanted for homicide and arrested in Mower County has been sentenced.
Miguel Cooley appeared in court this week for a murder charge after officials say he shot and killed a man outside a Fargo McDonalds in September of 2018.
Cooley pleaded guilty to murder in 2019. This week a judge sentenced him to serve 35 years in prison. Cooley will also serve 10 years of probation.
Cooley was arrested at what is believed to be a distant relative's home in Rose Creek, Mower County in September 2018.
