(ABC 6 News)-- Mower County authorities are turning to the public for help in the case of a missing man. 

Steven John Holm of Leroy, MN was reported missing from Mower County by a family member on August 7th. Holm was last seen by a girlfriend/ex-girlfriend in Mankato on July 30th.

A family member of Holm also received a text from his phone on this day. A vehicle registering to Holm was found at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park in Fillmore County, MN on or about August 12th. The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office has conducted organized searches at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park with no sign of Holm. 

Holm has missed required meetings with his DOC Agent and an Arrest Warrant was subsequently issued on August 26th. Holm is described as a 35-year-old white male, approximately 5 ft. 10in tall, approximately 180 pounds, commonly has short hair and/or shaved head, with a brown beard and/or facial hair, with blue colored eyes. Holm has multiple tattoos on his arms and back.
