(ABC 6 News) - Another delay Tuesday morning in the attempted murder case of a Rochester man, Iman Iman.

He is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder for a shooting at a southeast Rochester apartment complex this past summer.

Iman’s attorney again asked for more time before a trial date is set.

In court James McGeeney, Iman’s attorney said as of Tuesday morning, the county attorney’s office still had not handed over unredacted video surveillance from the shooting, which happened at Meadow Park Apartments in August.

Iman is just one of the men charged in the shooting, which according to court documents left the male victim paralyzed after he was shot multiple times.

Iman also appeared Tuesday on third-degree riot and disorderly conduct charges from a fight that happened at a northwest Rochester gas station in April of 2019, in which Iman’s younger brother, Ayub, is also charged.

Iman’s trial for that case was set for May, but he will appear back in court on February 18th for his next appearance on the attempted murder charges.
