(ABC 6 News) - UPDATE: Authorities reportedly removed over a dozen dogs from a property in Lime Springs, Iowa Wednesday, according to an ABC 6 News reporter at the scene.

Reporter Blaise Keller said he spoke with a Howard County Sheriff's Deputy who said the dogs appeared to be malnourished and that there were too many on the property.

A large amount of dogs are reportedly being seized from a property in Lime Springs, Iowa.

According to an ABC 6 News reporter at the scene, multiple Howard County Sheriff's vehicles and Humane Society employees are there and a large amount of barking can be heard coming from the back of the property.
