We are looking at our next light soaking rain today, as on and off showers last throughout the day. We are going to pick up a new half of an inch to an inch of rain by the time it's over early Friday morning. Wind will pick up as the day goes on, out of the SE, with gusts to/over 30 mph. Today will mark the end of highs in the 60s for our area, at least for the next 7 days. We can thank that big storm system that is underway over the Upper Midwest. While we will miss out on the heaviest snow & overall worst impacts, we will still be impacted by this system. It's bringing us the soggy day today, and possibly our first snowflakes of the season, as well as a windy and chilly weekend!
