"And later that night, when the ship's bell rang, could it be the north wind they'd been feelin'?" - Gordon Lightfoot, "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"
We were really feeling and hearing our NW wind last night and early Tuesday morning, with gusts topping in the upper 40s, nearing the 50 mph mark. The strong wind will continue for today, before easing up early Wednesday. Highs Tuesday are expected to be in the middle 40s, and with the strong wind, clouds, and a little rain (don't forget the umbrellas today!), those temperatures will feel even cooler. That'll really be the case Tuesday morning, with wind chills in the upper 20s at times!
