Thanks to Barry as well as a high pressure system over the Desert Southwest, some Summer heat that we haven't really felt all summer will be overhead. Southerly winds on Sunday are quickly going to move tropical air northwards where it'll stay throughout next week. Throughout next week, day time highs will most likely be in the upper 80s to low 90s with overnight lows only cooling into the low 70s. Dew points during the day will be in the low to mid 70s and climb into the upper 70s/low 80s overnight. It's important to make sure that you are staying cool and hydrated throughout the day and cool during the overnight hours. Make sure that your pets are staying cool and hydrated as well!
