Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America: Alisha Eiken interview (part 2)

(ABC 6 NEWS)-- According to Gifford's Law Center statistics, 36,000 Americans are killed by guns each year, which is an average of 100 per day. In Minnesota, gun violence is the leading cause of death of children and teenagers. 

A local Rochester group, called Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, is hosting a town hall meeting in Rochester Wednesday night. The town hall meeting is being held to discuss the gun violence crisis across the country as well as how to prevent it in the local community.

Betsy Singer sat with the co-leader of the Moms Demand Action group, Alisha Eiken, to go in-depth on the issue.
