(ABC 6 News) - Searching for a job can be daunting. And for many, they don't know what career path to choose. But educators want to help students make these choices wisely.
Southeastern Minnesota educators are partnering with FutureForward, a tool that connects educators and students with employers so students can have career-connected learning experiences.
This web-based communication and resource management tool helps students explore job shadows, workplace tours, give them the potential to identify their career of choice and make informed decisions.
The Southeast Service Cooperative is being granted $100,000 to develop the program.
Over 27 school districts are expected to commit to FutureForward to assist their high school students.
