Ford issues recall on Bronco and Maverick vehicles

(ABC 6 News) — Ford is recalling more than 270,000 Broncos and Mavericks.

The company says there is a power problem that can cause the cars to stop unexpectedly or fail to start. The problem is related to a battery made by a company in China.

Ford says the recall is precautionary, and there haven’t been any reports of injuries or accidents as a result.
