(ABC 6 News) - Rochester police say a 31-year-old man may have been driving drunk when he hit a power pole Monday night in rural Rochester.
The crash happened just after 10 p.m. on the 4500 block of 11 Ave. SW in Rochester Township.
According to Rochester Police Interim Chief John Sherwin, the man appeared to have lost control of his vehicle, crashing into a power pole.
Sherwin said pending a blood alcohol test, the driver could be facing a 4th-Degree DWI charge.
No one was injured and People's Energy Cooperative spent Tuesday morning working on the power issues caused by the crash.
