The fourth named tropical system of the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season continues to march his way closer to the United States. Currently just a tropical storm, he's expected to become a category one hurricane by early to mid next week then weaken as he crosses over Dominican Republic. After that, he may continue on his updated trajectory and move up the East Coast but for now, those at the National Hurricane Center will continue to keep an eye on him.
