After our snow of Tuesday, cold will be the major focus on in the end of the week forecast. A major surge of cold air arrives from the Arctic. Passage of a cold front early on Thursday will lead to falling temperatures throughout the entire day. While the official high will likely be in the teens, the temperature will be sub-zero by sunset with the wind chills becoming progressively worse.
Air temps will be in the upper -10s and while there won't be much wind, any subtle breezes will push the wind chill down into the -30s.
Get in the cold mindset. Be prepared to spend time out in these conditions even if you aren't planning to. If you're caught out in these conditions inadequately prepared it can be life threatening situation.
