Cold weather forces North Iowa credit union to open late on Tuesday

(ABC 6 News) – The extreme cold weather in Northern Iowa forced a Cent Credit Union to open two hours later than usual on Tuesday.

According to a press release issued late Monday night, Cent Credit Union in North Iowa will open its lobbies and drive-thru windows at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, due to those cold temperatures.

According to that release, the delay is an effort to protect the safety of its members and employees.
