(ABC 6 News) -- The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office was called to Byron Auto at 513 Frontage Rd NE just before 1:30 Thursday afternoon, December 6.

Captain Scott Behrns said 59-year-old Patrice Breutzman was at the business and was upset about towing fees. Her car had been involved in a property damage accident earlier in the day and she wasn't the one driving. Capt. Behrns said a deputy was called to help keep the peace in the situation when Breutzman allegedly got "in the face" of the deputy.

The deputy put her hand up and told Breutzman to back up, and Breutzman allegedly pushed back. When the deputy was arresting her, Breutzman allegedly swung at the deputy and hit her in the head.

Breutzman was arrested and is facing a 4th-degree assault on a police officer charge.

The deputy did not need medical attention.
