Police said the caller did not have an exact location but emergency crews were able to find the vehicle in question on the 200 block of 24th Street SW.

Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger said 31-year-old Alicia Evans and a 4-year-old were found inside the vehicle.

Krueger also said an empty alcohol container was found outside the vehicle and that Evans' blood alcohol concentration was nearly twice the legal limit.  He also added she may have been suffering from a medical emergency.

Evans was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin for evaluation before being transported to the Mower County Jail.

She's facing possible charges of child endangerment, DWI and driving after revocation.
