(ABC 6 News)-- There are new details coming out in an assault investigation in Mower County.
A man is now facing a total of nine charges including criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, assault and domestic assault.
On December 11th a woman went into a Dexter truck stop pleading for help, several people acted. Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi said the woman left, but a clerk took down a license plate and called 911.
The truck was traced back to the home of Ryan Sanvick.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told investigators that earlier in the day Sanvick had slammed her head against a concrete floor. She says he also zip tied her legs together and tied her hands around her ankles behind her back.
The complaint stated Sanvick later untied her legs, and drove her to a pond in the woods where no one could see them. Court documents state that on the way, he told the victim he wanted to cut her eyes out so she couldn't see her kids grow up.
The woman told investigators she was afraid to run because she was scared he would kill their young child. He eventually drove her to the truck stop to get cigarettes.
The complaint stated that's where she mouthed the words "help me" to a person in the store. She said she tried to stall, smoking a cigarette outside before getting back in the truck and leaving with Sanvick.
"We received a call from a person that said I don't know about this, but she looked absolutely terrified and she said she needed help," said Sheriff Amazi.
Bail is set at one million dollars.
