(ABC 6 NEWS) - On June 30, Rochester Police were approached by two people at the Government Center to report an incident involving children under 16.
The officers learned of the location and transferred the case to Olmsted County Sherriff's Office and the investigation began on July 1.
Deputies went to the 1100 block of Buckridge Dr. NE in Cascade Township on July 2. The Sherriff's office said after talking to those at the address, they arrested Paul Goldstein, 62.
Goldstein is facing possible charges of 1st-degree sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13, and two counts of indecent exposure to a victim under the age of 16.
