(ABC 6 News) -- On Saturday, June 16, an 18-year-old woman was celebrating her high school graduation at a hotel on the 400 block of West Center Street in Rochester. The woman and some friends and family had gotten two adjoining hotel rooms.

In one of the rooms, the 18-year-old was sleeping on a pullout couch bed with two of her friends. The girls told police a 33-year-old man who was also part of the group had been sleeping in the other room. That man was identified by Rochester Police Lieutenant Mike Sadauskis as Pang See of Rochester.

During the night, See allegedly went over to the bed where the girls were sleeping and tried to "sexually touch" the 18-year-old, said Lt. Sadauskis. Two of the girls woke up and See allegedly went back to his room. See allegedly went back again and shined a cell phone flashlight at the girls, and then left the room again.

The girls told police that around 4 a.m., the two friends of the 18-year-old decided they should leave. They said they tried to wake up the 18-year-old, but she was sound asleep so they just left.

Lt. Sadauskis said See then went back into the room once again and this time sexually assaulted the 18-year-old.

Later in the morning, the 18-year-old spoke with friends and they decided to go to the hospital. That's where police were notified of what had happened.

On Monday, June 18, officers arrested See in southeast Rochester.

See is facing charges of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Penetration With Force, 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, and 3rd  Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. As of Wednesday morning, See was still awaiting arraignment in Olmsted County Court.
