Rochester Police Leuitenant Mike Sadauskis said a 22-year-old Rochester man was shot twice and an 18-year-old Rochester man was shot once, both in their lower legs. The victims were taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus with non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses told police a small group of about four people were outside a residence, when a black car pulled up near the house. Witnesses told law enforcement they saw a man get out of the passenger side, fire seven to eight shots at the group, get back in the car and take off.

Sadauskis said officers tracked the vehicle to a home on the 400 block of Waterview Lane NW, and received information that two suspects they were looking for may be inside. The Emergency Response Unit (ERU) was called in and asked the suspects to come out. Twenty-five-year-old Iman Iman and 22-year-old Ayub Iman came out of the residence and were arrested.

Police said the brothers were recently involved in a separate incident at a Kwik Trip earlier this month.

Possible charges for Iman Iman and Ayub Iman are pending for this current incident.

Rochester Police Chief Jim Franklin said investigators believe this was a targetted attack, but are still searching for a motive.
