(ABC 6 News) - According to Lee County, Florida court documents, a new court date has been scheduled for Lois Riess, the Minnesota woman accused of killing her husband a Florida woman earlier this year.
On Tuesday court documents were filed for a notice of hearing/continuance form for July 11.
Court records also show that on May 23 the prosecution filed Discovery Disclosure documents in the case, including a 3-page list of witnesses.
Documents were also filed waiving the right for Riess to be present for any pre-trial conferences.
The 56-year-old from Blooming Prairie has pleaded 'not guilty' to the shooting death of Pamela Hutchinson in Florida. She's been charged with 2nd-degree murder, 2 counts of grand theft and criminal use of personal identification information in that case.
Riess is expected to stand trial in Minnesota for the shooting death of her husband after the Florida case is finished.
