(ABC 6 News) - Lois Riess, the Blooming Prairie woman indicted on several charges including 1st-Degree Murder with a Firearm, has waived her right for a speedy trial.
Wednesday, Riess was in Florida court for a case management conference hearing.
During the hearing, the Judge also granted the state's motion to require her to submit finger, palm and footprints.
Her next case management conference is scheduled for October 31.
In June, Riess was indicted by a grand jury on several charges related to the shooting death of Pamela Hutchinson in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
