(ABC 6 News) - UPDATE: Governor Walz is expected to address Minnesotans for the fourth time Saturday.
Gov. Walz will be joined by public officials to provide an update on the state's response to protests and public safety concerns.
That press conference is expected to begin at 10:30 p.m.

UPDATE: Governor Walz signed Emergency Executive Order 20-67 Saturday.
The order is in response to the protests in Minneapolis.
According to Minnesota Statutes, "“when the public interest requires it because of an imminent emergency,” the Governor may “authorize and direct th police, firefighting, health, or other force of a political subdivision” to assist another political 2 subdivision and “to take and use the personnel, equipment, and supplies of the sending political subdivision as the governor may direct.”
The executive order allows Gov. Walz to request help from first responders across the state of Minnesota as well as from neighboring states.
Governor Walz is expected to hold a third press conference Saturday evening to address plans for police and the Minnesota National Guard.
The press conference is expected to begin at 6:30 p.m.
