Free COVID-19 testing across Minnesota this weekend

(ABC 6 News) - Free testing for COVID-19 will be available across the state during the Memorial Day holiday weekend, Saturday, May 23, through Monday, May 25.


Six National Guard Armory locations will be equipped to test about 2,000 samples per day. 

Any Minnesotan can be tested at these locations. No appointments are necessary and there is no charge for the testing. 

The following National Guard facilities will be open to conduct testing through the weekend from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily (or until supplies are exhausted):

Faribault Armory
3000 W Airport Rd, Faribault, MN 55021

St. James Armory
521 Armstrong Blvd N, St James, MN 56081

The sites are hosted by the Minnesota National Guard, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the State Emergency Operations Center, which is the central coordinating cell for the majority of COVID-19 operations.
