(ABC 6 News) – Senator Gene Dornink claimed victory in the newly reformed District 23 and received the Republican nomination in the November general election.

Tuesday’s election was just days after the Minnesota Supreme Court dismissed a legal challenge calling into question the district that Dornink lives in.
