NIACC Baseball HC Lincoln Hochmuth wins ICCAC Coach of the Year

(ABC 6 News) — From interim coach to coach of the year…
Lincoln Hochmuth was thrust into the NIACC baseball head coaching role this January and his efforts have been recognized by the ICCAC. The conference named Hochmuth their coach of the year after leading the Trojans to a 24-19 overall record and the second seed in the Region XI Tournament.
Under Hochmuth, players Cody Kelly, Ike Mezzenga and Cayden Nicoletto all made the Region XI First-Team roster.
Hochmuth took over for Drew Sannes in 2022 after serving as the pitching coach the season prior.
