(ABC 6 News) - Cerro Gordo County deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash just before 9:30 p.m. Friday.
Kade Levern Hambly, 20 of Mason City, is facing charges including a second offense of operating while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and failure to yield right of way at a stop sign.
Deputies said Hambly ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle at the intersection of 265th Street and Ulmus Avenue in Mason City.
Authorities said Hambly failed a field sobriety testing with a result of .142. Hambly has a prior conviction for OWI in Cerro Gordo County.
The victims, Eppie Joe Scott Johnson and Shaylin Megan Mcroberts, were treated at Mercy One North Iowa for minor injuries, according to deputies.
