(ABC 6 News) -- School officials say consequences should be expected after a student was found to have made a threat over the weekend.

The Osage Community School District with the Mitchell County Sheriff's Department and Osage Police Department reported on Sunday that the school administration received information regarding a threat made by a student. They say a parent reported the incident and the sheriff's department was immediately contacted. The Osage Police Department started an investigation.
