(ABC 6 News) - Local running and fitness company TerraLoco is holding a "40-day Quarantine Challenge" to keep people active during social isolation.

TerraLoco owner Tiffany Piotrowicz says after closing down the store due to the spread of COVID-19, she realized she could still stay in contact with the community if she got creative. The challenge is a great way for participants to stay motivated and active during the next few weeks while also helping the business even while the store is closed.

"As soon as all this started happening I knew that that was going to be a really easy way to not only keep motivated, keep people thinking about or store, but also give us a revenue source," Piotrowicz said.

The challenge requires just 20 minutes of activity per day, with the goal to exercise 34 out of the 40 days.
