(ABC 6 News) - The City of Rochester is opening a new call center for people to access COVID-19 related information.
The hotline will be open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends, starting on March 28 for the foreseeable future, and will be staffed by Rochester Public Library employees.
The number for the hotline is 507-328-2822.
Call center staff will be available to answer questions about COVID-19 response efforts and resources throughout the community or direct callers to the appropriate organization or person.
