(ABC 6 News) – Family Service Rochester (FSR) is helping Olmsted County residents when it comes to grocery shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Residents who are homebound and unable to shop for groceries can contact FSR for help; they will match requests with a volunteer to assist with shopping.
Requests can be submitted online at familyservicerochester.org or by calling 507-218-3267 between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. All volunteers have background checks and COVID-19 screening for health and safety.
Grocery shopping will be completed and delivered within 24-48 hours. Requests submitted online after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and before 9:00 a.m. Mondays may require additional time to fulfill. There is a fee for this service.
