(ABC 6 News) - A new poll conducted by SurveyUSA is sharing results on how Americans feel in regards to federal preparation and suggestions for COVID-19 pandemic.

3% reported feeling the CDC is giving Americans bad advice.

54% reported feeling that by not wearing a face mask the President is undermining health officials in a way that will cause further spread of COVID-19.

33% percent reported feeling the President is harmlessly encouraging Americans to make a decision based on specific circumstances in their life.

47% reported feeling that state officials and the President are telling them two conflicting things; whereas 42% feel the President and state officials are presenting the same information. SurveyUSA said those numbers were reversed two weeks ago.

38% of Americans reported feeling that the federal response to the pandemic has been carefully balanced to temper the needs of America's big businesses and those who work at those companies; whereas 39% feel federal officials are too focused on pampering big corporations.
