According to Minneapolis police, a car that was involved in a suspected carjacking and armed robbery flipped over near North Fremont Avenue and North 26th Street.
Police were originally getting numerous calls regarding a "manic" driver when a K-9 unit attempted to stop the vehicle. After the vehicle did not stop, a chase commenced.
