Snow Will Continue Overnight, But Not Much More Will Stick

November 08, 2018 10:24 PM

When the clock strikes 12 a.m. Friday, the Twin Cities will have about an inch of snow on the ground.

And though snow flurries will continue into the morning hours, not much more will stick on the ground, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.

The Friday morning commute could be a little sloppy on the side streets, but Dahl said most of the main roadways should be clear.

The high Friday is expected to be 28 degrees

Saturday's high is the same, with more light snow expected Saturday evening and into the night.

Temperatures will stay cold through the beginning of next week, Dahl said.
