(ABC 6 NEWS) – During pride month, The Rochester Public Library is looking to hear from you to see what LGBTQIA programming they can add.

Currently the programs they have are Trans Parenting and Adult Queer Book Club.

During Rochester Pride, Sara Patalita with the library says she heard feedback from the community to bring back Q Club for teens.

Sara says it’s important to create a welcoming environment at the library.

"We just want to check in with the community and make sure that we’re offering what people are looking for. We are defenietly interested in helping people make connections in the community. We have something for everyone at the library, regardless of your viewpoints and your beliefs, you can come and find yourself reflected in the collection at the library," Sara Patalita, head of reference for the Rochester Public Library said.
