(ABC 6 News) – Amid staffing shortages, working in a "new normal" amid a pandemic has businesses adjusting as they try to attract and retain good workers. This is as Minnesota continues to beat the national average when it comes to low unemployment numbers. Forbes recently put out an article that said American workers believe the one thing more important than money in the workplace is trust.
