(ABC 6 News) - Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he believes the women who have accused Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of sexual misconduct.

Last week, the Washington Post reported, decades ago, when Moore was in his 30's, he engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl. Moore has denied the accusations.

Senator McConnell reportedly said today, Moore should drop out of the race for the Alabama Senate. In response, More tweeted that it was McConnell who should step aside because he's failed conservatives.
