Rochester Woman Arrested for Heroin, Meth in the Presence of Children

(ABC 6 News) - A Rochester woman is possibly facing multiple charges after a drug bust on Tuesday morning.

According to the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, deputies with the Violent Crime Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at a home on the 10th block of 8th St. NE.


Deputies found nearly 30 grams of meth, 4 grams of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

46-year-old Jenny Dee was arrested and is possibly facing 1st-Degree Controlled Substance Sale Cocaine/Heroin/Meth, Controlled Substance-Meth Crimes Manufacture Child/Vulnerable Adult and 2nd-Degree Controlled Substance Possession Cocaine/Meth charges, all of which are felonies.

Deputies said three children, 12-years-old and younger, were also in the home at the time of the arrest.
