(ABC 6 News) -- Police say three people are in jail and are facing 2nd-degree murder charges following the shooting death of a 40-year-old Rochester man.

It happened around 9 p.m. on Monday, March 12 in the 2800 block of Charles Ct. NW. Sherwin as 40-year-old Ahmed Muafaq Abdulhu Al Naddf of Rochester was not breathing and had no pulse.

Life-saving efforts were initiated by first responders, but Al Naddf was pronounced dead just minutes later.

After a major search involving several agencies, including a state patrol helicopter, police were led to a nearby apartment. There, Capt. Sherwin said several persons of interest were identified and interviewed. Three people were arrested and are facing a 2nd-degree murder charge.

According to Capt. Sherwin, those three suspects are 25-year-old Eric Tyler Lee, 24-year-old Sau Yim Jr., and 23-year-old Traequan Bamlounghong, all of Rochester.
