(ABC 6 News) -- Five Olmsted County businesses failed alcohol compliance checks, according to Olmsted County Sheriff Captain Scott Behrns.
The compliance checks were done at establishments with liquor licenses in Olmsted County, but outside the City of Rochester on December 4, 2017.
According to Captain Behrns, the five businesses that failed are:
Strikers Corner - Stewartville
Buddy's Liquor - Eyota
American Legion - Byron
Hair Shack - Dover
Eyota Market - Eyota
People at all five businesses are facing gross misdemeanor charges.
